Our Policies

• Online advance payment or credit card details (with signed authorisation) or a cash deposit (cash payments above INR 50,000) require PAN Card details to be submitted along with the payments.
• For companies on the approved credit list of the hotel or on Monday Hotels' centralised credit list, through a billing letter from the company authorising and guaranteeing the payment by the company.
• In the absence of an advance payment or a credit card guarantee and the arrival details, the reservation will be held on a provisional basis up to 16:00 hours on the day of arrival and up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date at our resorts and leisure destinations. (This facility will not be applicable to any exhibition, city convention or sold-out dates at any of our hotels).
• A full 100% advance payment would be required at least 15 days in advance of the arrival date, to hold a booking on a confirmed basis for all banquet and conference bookings at all our hotels.
• Any changes/amendments to the reservations are subject to availability only.
• In case of any early check-out, the hotels reserve the right to charge the tariff for the full stay as originally booked.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival will not attract any cancellation charges.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the date of arrival or a no-show would attract a one-night retention charge. This does not apply to any leisure or MICE conference groups.
• A full 100% retention charge would be applicable at all our hotels for any cancellations made:
  a. Less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival or a no-show for any MICE conference groups at all our hotels.
  b. Less than 15 days prior to the date of arrival or a no-show on any exhibition or city convention dates at all our hotels.
  c. Less than 15 days prior to the date of arrival or a no-show on any long holiday weekends and festival dates at all our resorts and leisure destinations.
  d. Less than 45 days prior to the date of arrival or a no-show over the Diwali period and over the Christmas/New Year period, 21st December till 5th January, at all our resorts and leisure destinations.
